 Sales Manager


Mishima Reserve is looking for a full time Sales Manager who has a passion for foods free of artificial ingredients and a love of luxury meats. This position will be based in Seattle and will assist with sales across the nation.

The sales manager will work with the Wholesale team to develop new sales channels, coordinate and streamline existing sales channels while maximizing profitability levels and utilization rates for our high end branded beef program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships
  • Develop new channels for surplus items as required
  • Assist in new product development
  • Manage/enhance/build upon existing customer relationships
  • Provide guidance, information, and direction to the outside sales reps.
  • Quick and accurate communication style
  • Assisting Sales team with projects as needed
  • Manage/coordinate and assist in the development of sales support materials and samples
  • This position will be based in Seattle and will require some travel – about 5%

Required experience:

  • Have at least two years in branded beef production and sales
  • Be self-motivated, highly organized and outgoing
  • Must be able to handle rapidly shifting priorities
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, to be highly organized, focused and confident
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel



This is a non-commission Sales position.
