E3 Federal Solutions (E3), a leader in acquisition management, project management, and financial management solutions for the federal government, has an opportunity with a federal client in support of a major nationwide program in support of our nation’s reservist family and employer programs. Since its inception in 2004, E3 has supported numerous federal agencies with their mission requirements by working closely to help define requirements, develop sound acquisition strategies, justify budget requests, and track project execution.

We are interviewing for multiple administrative support analysts across the country. The ideal candidates for these positions will have experience supporting administrative and operational activities within the Department of Defense.

Position Description

These positions are contingent on award of contract and will be on-site at a government location:

  • Serve as a support staff member to local offices
  • Assist with operational activities, financial tracking, training, logistics and other program management level support
  • Provide assistance in the schedule and implementation of training programs
  • Work with senior leaders in planning and executing meetings
  • Monitor and update the websites to ensure accuracy and overall content
  • Assist client in assigning, tracking, and maintaining case records
  • Assist management in coordinating traditional seminar trainings
  • Provide administrative, clerical, program administration, and coordination support
  • Develop written correspondence and provide ongoing communication Develop, plan, and coordinate volunteer trainings
  • Provide briefings and updates to management
  • Monitor general budget expenditure on a monthly basis
  • Assist in the preparation of a recommended marketing plan
  • Assist in writing stories, press releases, calendar events, job fairs for the agencies website
  • Support weekly and monthly report generation from various internal systems
  • Perform Defense Travel System (DTS) administrative duties to include creating and maintaining profiles, travel orders/authorizations and assist in voucher preparation/system inputs; maintain a tracking system for reimbursable travel

Description of Requirements, Skills, & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting administrative and operational activities
  • Ability to learn and master internal DoD software applications
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
