Job Description

MRI Software is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Client Support team!  Working from our Global Client Support “Center of Excellence” in Solon, OH, you will use your problem solving, technical, and communication skills on a daily basis as you assess, resolve, and document client software issues.  The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, forward thinker who will strive to provide quality, professional software support to our diverse client base.


  • Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Previous client support/service experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
