JOB TITLE: Associate Analyst
JOB PURPOSE:
The Associate Product Analyst is responsible to be expert in assigned Jiva Modules/components, he assist Product Analysts & Managers in conceptualizing solution framework for product requirements. Create & delivery product artifacts (BRD & PRD/FRS) and work closely with engineering teams to deliver winning products.
ROLE OF THE DEPARTMENT:
Product Management Group (PMG) is responsible for establishing the product management practices across the organization, drive long-term product vision to strategic approach, provide focused attention towards product strategies, constant research on market needs and competition. Minimize client specific customization and act as solution house for all cross functional divisions.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules
• Be an expert on assigned product components & understand our competition very well
• Review Gap analysis for assigned projects and projects in pipe and provide expert solution
• Work on Jiva core product track and client specific solutions track side by side
• Deliver product artifacts (BRDs and PRD/FRS)
• Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries
• Assist in market research, competitors research, policy & tech feasibility impacts
• Work with PD teams to clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions
• Work with SME’s to review solutions for ER/CR & NPI’s due to policy & customer practices impact
• Be creative & curious to bring NPI, continuous enhancements
Requirements and eligibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent team player, effective independent contributor with good interpersonal relationship skills
• Proven track record and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel as and when needed.
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 1 to 4 years’ experience as a Analyst
• Experience in US Healthcare Payer market will be an added advantage
