Job Description

If so, MRI Software is seeking dynamic Account Executives to join our growing SMB team at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland! These individuals will drive a full-cycle sales process for our software and services through prospecting, building relationships with key decision makers, presenting the value of our solutions, closing opportunities and managing ongoing relationships within the small – medium business market. Our 14-week paid training program equips Account Executives for early success and fosters an environment where goals are consistently exceeded. We are looking for goal-oriented self-starters aspiring to successful sales careers with rewards to show!

This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successfully complete an extensive (multi-month) training program for new hires
  • Work within the sales team, to maintain and expand new and existing customer relations (commercial, residential, and corporate) by managing a complex sales cycle of MRI software products and associated services ;
  • Grow license revenue and recurring revenue in assigned territory;
  • Proactively call all customers and prospects in territory;
  • Attend and support tradeshow, marketing, and other product demonstration events;
  • Present and demonstrate MRI products and other technology solutions to prospects, customers, and user groups / trade association meetings in territory;
  • Create written price quotes, respond to information requests, negotiate pricing and contractual terms;
  • Develop and implement integrated sales strategies in conjunction with other business units on shared opportunities;
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to proactively identify and sell new opportunities;
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals;
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction in areas such as implementation, pricing, and invoicing;
  • Prepare and submit sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed opportunity, including prospects, for the territory;
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition;
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills/Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree required;
  • Ability to navigate complicated sales processes;
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, decision making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills;
  • Ability to work comfortably with large amounts of phone, computer and email usage in conjunction with many face to face meetings and presentations;
  • Professional appearance and proficiency at presenting products to a group;
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with multiple high-level priorities;
  • Strong planning skills to determine and meet departmental objectives;
  • Ability to be organized, self-sufficient, highly self-motivated and to work independently;
  • Experience with enterprise software and/or knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferred;
  • Knowledge of products, software pricing practices, selling skills, personal computers and various software application skills preferred;
  • Business related course work preferred;
  • Strong desire for a career in outside sales!
