Strong understanding proper food rotation, safe food production and document accordingly. Adhere to all requirements of Bon Appetit’s food safety, employee safety, service expectations and facility requirements.

From scratch preparation of daily seasonal offering and daily composed seasonal salad based on provided prep numbers
Maintain and document all food holding temps and ensure safety
Responsible for maintain recycling program, kitchens daily cleaning and garbage
Meet daily and weekly cleaning sanitation expectations and document
Drive creative food preparation will meeting customer’s needs and expectations
Engage all customers in a friendly manner, while addressing all concerns or questions timely and effectively.
Ability to safely operate slicer, maintain sharpness and clean with PPE
Provide appropriate portions based on customers orders
