Job Description

MRI Software is seeking a Manager - Lead Generation within our sales organization to manage a team dedicated to building a strong pipeline of new MRI prospects through research, referrals, and general promotion of MRI’s products using a variety of marketing campaign techniques.  You will strategize with sales management, marketing, and your team on how to find qualified prospects, procure necessary information, and turn a prospect into a customer.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify optimal marketing channels, and new business development strategies to generate awareness and achieve sales goals.
  • Provide consistent status updates and key metrics to management.
  • Participate in market analysis to determine general client needs and competitive positioning.
  • Stay current on market conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals and approaches.
  • Monitor Sales Associate performance closely to ensure goals and expectations are being satisfied.
  • Work to refine team compensation plan as needed to correctly incentivize and align the team to goals.

Skills/Requirements

  • 1-5 years successful outbound calling/telesales/telemarketing experience in consultative business to business sales, with the ability to converse with prospects at all levels, up to the executive level
  • Proven leadership skills and a desire to lead a team
  • Strong marketing orientation with the ability to critically analyze potential marketing strategies.
  • Solid verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated computer systems knowledge, including web technologies, CRM, employee self-service and an understanding of general business applications
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
