Fogo de Chão (fo-go dèe shoun) is a dining experience like no other, with a truly unique steakhouse atmosphere from Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil. Our menu features 16 cuts of meat, seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame to capture their individual flavor. The savory cuts are presented on skewers and carved tableside by our authentic Gaucho chefs. The meats are complimented by a 30+ item gourmet salad bar, a Wine Spectator award winning 250+ label wine list and full bar. Traditional side dishes of warm cheese bread, fried bananas, crispy hot polenta and seasoned mashed potatoes are automatically brought to each table and replenished throughout the meal.
