Bon Appetit Management company seeks an experienced, efficient, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Catering Event Manager for our Willamette University account.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Passion for great food and great service
An eye for detail when it comes to the look and feel of catered events and banquets
Demonstrable skill at managing service staff in a positive and effective manner
Five years experience in a high-volume catering or banquet environment
Three years supervisory experience in a food service setting
Valid Driver License / Oregon Food Handler Card / OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
Ability to pass a pre-hire background check
This is a full-time hourly position offering variable daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Actual schedule is dependent upon catered event schedule.
Wage is dependent upon experience.
