Job Description

MRI Software is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team!   This position will oversee the day to day activities of facilities, shipping & receiving, along with our in-house print/distribution.  Additional responsibilities include coordination and supervision of contractors and vendors, development and implementation of process improvements, along with the ability to handle work orders and tickets for all areas assigned.  All work must be completed at a professional level of accuracy and appearance and fall within code requirements of the city, state or federal guidelines.

Skills/Requirements

  • 3-5 years plus of facilities management or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred
  • Possesses technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, critical systems and/or other building operation functions.
  • Familiarity with general construction trade methodology and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
  • Experience working with Xerox or Pitney Bowes printing and mailing equipment.
  • Organizes, prioritizes and implements schedules for projects of various magnitudes.
  • Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects in a safe and responsible manner on a regular basis
  • Good communication/customer service, ability to work without supervision, and in a team environment required
