Job Description

 

Position Purpose:

 

Execute the Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) sales and profit plan, management functions, quotation preparation, and contract administration.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential markets and demands for PHE’s that profitably grow the PHE business. 
  2. Retain and grow the business with current customers.
  3. Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan and coordinate the efforts.
  4. Establish cost estimates and prepare quotations. Prepare Contract Order write-ups in sufficient detail to insure transmission of all pertinent data and requirements including design information (thermal and mechanical), documentation requirements, specification clarifications and/or exceptions, material pricing, production labor time requirements, etc.
  5. Manage internal staff and outside sales agents.
  6. Additional responsibilities
    1. Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan and coordinate the efforts
    2. Other duties as required by management.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  2. 5 years sales experience with PHE’s required.
  3. 5 years management experience required.
  4. Demonstrated ability to sell or increase business with high-end customers.
