The Elite Training Advisor provides proactive customer service to our Elite Training Students. Serves as “concierge” to our new and current student base by providing the highest level service and guidance. Perform inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to enroll advanced students in company-sponsored training or other events. Perform follow-up confirmations calls and/or issue confirmations letters. Perform clerical and/or data entry functions in support of the enrollment process.
On-boards new Elite Training Students immediately following Basic Training Event to encourage retention and completion
Monitors student progress & proactively contacts students to encourage fulfillment of training programs
Advises students regarding training program path based on the students’ desires, means, goals and market
Refers students to appropriate company resources to support their investment success
Proactively schedules attendance in Elite trainings classes (live, online, livestream and on-demand)
Conducts outbound campaigns (emails, calls, voice blasts, text messages etc) to students in order to enroll and confirm attendance for company-sponsored events and training programs (classes, symposiums, etc)
Proactively checks student database to monitor which classes students have already been attended or need to be attended to fulfill their contract on a timely basis
Sends confirmation packets to each student who is scheduled for that week’s class, which includes all pertinent information student needs for optimal attendance and experience
Required to be familiar with all of our Elite Training Course and product offerings to effectively advise students on appropriate training program path and completion
Performs high volume of outbound/ inbound calls from Elite Training Students
Performs clerical and/or data entry functions in support of the enrollment process
Acts as lead liaison to Aaron Adam’s organization to proactively schedule the correct students for CFFT.
Travels to Advanced Training classes (Symposiums) on a monthly basis.
Collects and updates student information by entering accurate data into the company database.
Acts as backup for other Enrollment Specialists
Assists with special projects as assigned.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to manage difficult customer situations.
Advanced skill in Excel, Outlook, Power point and Word required. Familiarity with networks, file storage and e-mail systems preferred.
