Job Description

MRI Software is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee a team of high achieving sales associates as they uncover and build a strong pipeline of prospective MRI clients through research, referrals, and general promotion of our product suite using a variety of marketing techniques.  This individual will be responsible for managing and motivating assigned team members, providing on-going feedback to upper management, and helping to ensure your team is achieving new business production goals along with strategic goals of the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2-5 years successful outbound calling/telesales/telemarketing experience in consultative business to business sales, with the ability to converse with prospects at all levels, including the executive or owner level.
  • Proven leadership skills and a desire to lead a team.
  • Strong marketing orientation with the ability to develop strong marketing strategies to edge out the competition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
  • Demonstrated computer systems knowledge, including web technologies, CRM, employee self-service and a general understanding of larger business system applications.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication, networking and relationship building skills required to achieve new business goals
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
