Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst position is  responsible for the following:

  • Manage freight payments with TRAX to ensure ensure payment is rendered to carriers within terms.
  • Lead projects that drive efficiencies in current process and improve delivery performance while driving down costs.
  • Assist team to manage the fill rate for the Greenwood warehouse as well as 3PLs.
  • Month-end close activitie.s
  • Report writing and SOP writing as necessary.
  • Provide and maintain month matrix tracking shipping activity and/or warehouse activity
  • Creating a robust data collection (data warehouse) type infrastucture
  • Order Fulfillment - Customer Route/Order Fulfillment (Primary) – responsible for domestic and international shipments.
  • 3PL Whse Support – transportation, order fulfillment , & cGMP audit support/oversight to all outside DCs
  • Liaison to CSRs & Sales – process improvement, supply chain optimization, etc.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues across the network; Transportation Cost Analysis – cost/benefit.
  • TL vs LTL, utilize small parcel; Monthly Dashboard – reports, KPIs, etc.


The qualifications for this position are as follows:

  • 4-year college degree in a science, engineering or business field, and/or significant work experience in a Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics Planning role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a shipping environment while working on multiple business projects.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
