Job Description

 

Position Purpose:

 

Provide administrative tasks for the sales function.  Act as the main customer service contact for representatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides sales support for Mexico, Central and South American sales territories.
  2. Data entry
  3. Quote space parts and duplicate units with current pricing
  4. Additional responsibilities
    1. Support domestic sales activities.
    2. General administrative duties such as travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.
    3. Other duties as required by management.

Education and Experience:

  1. 2 year work experience in a customer service function with data entry required
  2. Prior experience working within a sales team required preferably in the heat transfer and/or fluid systems field
  3. Conversational knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.
