The Customer Support Consultant will interact with other team members of similar focus to ensure consistency across products /disciplines and share knowledge within team and cross functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
CSR will handle day to day customer issues, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary
Analysis of complex issues, build and maintain SQL scripts
Focus on improving customer satisfaction
Work with Global Customer Support management to adhere to or improve support processes
Provide additional, valued added services to our customers such as Classroom training, one on one training, or fee based support services
Will participate in on-site Customer visits
Perform software testing of product Releases or Service Packs
Will participate in Customer User Group meetings / presentations
Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word skills
SQL skills will be an asset
Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
Education and/or Experience
