We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Application Developer with 1-3 years previous experience in developing complex applications to join our Business Systems team to customize our internal version of the Pivotal application suite, and other internal business applications as required. The Pivotal application suite consists of feature rich, highly customizable and award-winning enterprise CRM applications and industry templates.
The Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Aptean’s internal CRM system using current development methodologies and state of the art development environments. Functional responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining CRM applications using the Pivotal CRM toolkit; analyzing processes being used in various business applications; assisting with development of database schema and entity diagrams for CRM applications; providing technical information relating to applications for technical documentation; creating GUI, screen design and work flow for CRM applications; designing and implementing reports using Crystal Reports; designing and implementing applications that seamlessly integrate the CRM application to the Front and Back office applications; designing and implementing application test procedures. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining the data quality of the Pivotal CRM system and expected to work with the business migrating, exporting and maintaining data as required.
Experience with customization of applications that use either Pivotal technology or other 3-tier technology is preferred.
Good working knowledge of hardware, networking and the implications of multi-user systems.
Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills; strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using SQL.
