Vista Consulting Group, the operating and consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners, is looking for a highly motivated Events & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
The Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Supporting the Events Coordinator with all aspects of events including planning, coordination and on-site logistics which will involve interfacing directly with hotels, third party resources, audio/visual technicians, transportation companies and other vendors.
Supporting recruiters on all aspects of the recruiting process including posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating / scheduling interviews and other related duties.
Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing various methods including internet job boards, networking, direct sourcing and cold calling.
Establishing and maintaining contacts with candidate sources such as colleges and job boards.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who would like to pursue a career in Recruiting or Event Planning. In addition, the ideal candidate has a high level of integrity as he/she will be working with employees at all levels of the organization, candidates and confidential information on a daily basis.
Prior work experience in a sales and/or customer service focused environment preferred
High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
