Job Description


Vista Consulting Group, the operating and consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners, is looking for a highly motivated Events & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.


The Coordinator will be responsible for the following:


  • Supporting the Events Coordinator with all aspects of events including planning, coordination and on-site logistics which will involve interfacing directly with hotels, third party resources, audio/visual technicians, transportation companies and other vendors.


  • Supporting recruiters on all aspects of the recruiting process including posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating / scheduling interviews and other related duties.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing various methods including internet job boards, networking, direct sourcing and cold calling.
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with candidate sources such as colleges and job boards.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who would like to pursue a career in Recruiting or Event Planning. In addition, the ideal candidate has a high level of integrity as he/she will be working with employees at all levels of the organization, candidates and confidential information on a daily basis.


Work Experience:

  • Prior work experience in a sales and/or customer service focused environment preferred
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite


  • Bachelor's degree
