<p>
As a <strong><u>Lead .Net Developer</u></strong> at MRI Software, you will be responsible not only for serving as the head technical resource on one of our Agile development teams, but will also play an important role in the growth and development of our junior developers.&nbsp; Our Agile environment creates a highly collaborative work setting where you will easily be able to assist other team members on development requirements and performing code reviews.&nbsp; It also provides a perfect setting for coaching and mentoring junior developers to grow their skill sets and take on increasingly complex challenges on their own.&nbsp; As the head technical resource on the team, you will be responsible for taking on critical and high level development requirements as well as working directly with Chief Architect to recommend solutions for technical issues and improvements to the overall software development lifecycle.&nbsp; The ideal candidate for this role is someone who not only is looking to continue growing their technical abilities, but is passionate about growing others around them.</p>

<p>
<u>Skills/Requirements:</u></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.25in">
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of 5 years in enterprise software development programming in Microsoft C#, VB.Net, Java, or another object oriented language</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.25in">
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of various development processes (SCRUM, Agile, RAD, etc), including specification, documentation and quality assurance</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.25in">
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong relational database experience using SQL and ORM tools.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.25in">
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience coding multi-tier global-ready enterprise systems offered via SaaS</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.25in">
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability and desire to serve as a mentor and coach for junior developers on the team</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.25in">
&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; BA/BS or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience</p>
