Fab is seeking a Marketing Project Manager. This person will be a key member of the Marketing team, reporting to the SVP, Marketing.
She/he will partner closely with Fab’s Marketing, Merchandising and Creative teams, as well as outside partners, to drive the execution of Fab marketing projects, including but not limited to printed materials, direct mail pieces, video projects, loyalty initiatives, promotions and special projects.
The successful candidate will be a master in getting things done quickly and error-free, while remaining unflinchingly calm and collected under tight deadlines. She/he should be a model of organization and managing to a schedule, but have a developed aesthetic sense, with a deep understanding of the Fab brand.
She/he should thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growing and changing startup and have experience working with creative teams, taking projects from concept phase all the way through to successful execution. She/he must be a master collaborator, able to work with multiple personalities and work styles.
This is a high-visibility role that will interface with many teams and leaders at Fab and will include the opportunity to work directly w/ the founders of the company.
Manage the creative development and production of marketing projects spanning print, online and partners.
Gather requirements, produce project plan and own project schedule from concept initiation through to successful execution.
Work collaboratively with internal creative teams and external agency partners.
Own action items and manage interdependencies, spotting risks to project schedule and problem-solving to mitigate.
5+ years relevant project management experience, preferably in an agency or creative setting.
Experience working successfully with both business and creative teams.
Track record of taking complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to execution.
Impeccable organizational skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Developed aesthetic sense. To be successful in this role, must intimately understand the Fab brand and ensure it is expressed in produced materials.
