The Lead Generation Specialist will make phone calls to prospects and generate sales leads and opportunities. Through these calls, the Specialist willuncover the prospect’s needs and business goals and determine whether our solution addresses their problem or issue. Lead generation specialists also are responsible for qualifying leads based on factors such as the prospect’s budget and requirements and passing it along to the sales team.
Work with the sales management team in creating strategies to improve lead generation efforts
Generate new opportunities for the sales pipeline by setting qualified meetings with identified management executives at targeted companies.
Obtain business intelligence on targeted prospects utilizing various methods to include cold calling, warm lead follow-up and analyst briefings.
Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and be a self-starter who can perform under pressure.
Ability to effectively track and report progress vs. targets for management
