Perform In-process / Final workmanship quality audits in a ‘wireless’ environment
MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB CELL TOWERS to verify accurate details
Cell Site and Ground Tower work audits performed
Input and maintain quality related records and audits in a Dynis database (Dyniscope)
Follow up on completed audits to verify that defects found have been corrected.
Meet with customer to discuss root quality issues and quality concerns (partnering)
Communicate recurring quality issues to the installation/engineering organizations responsible for these tasks.
Provide weekly/monthly “Quality Data Results” to Dynis management team regarding common defects, conforming& non-conforming issues.
Provide training sessions for Construction and Installation Management teams
Develop working relationships, training and guidance with partner vendors to maintain quality standards.
Strong understanding of work environment safety, industry standards and participate with industry service organizations.
At least two (2) to four (4) years wireless experience required.
Must have working knowledge of AT&T Wireless practices / requirements, general knowledge of tower, civil, electrical and grounding systems including
Working knowledge of various telecom quality forums and standards
Knowledge of level of quality and or process improvement and measurement
Exposure and knowledge of Six Sigma
OSHA Certified safety & Training abilities.
Understanding of associated equipment specific to AT&T support documents for Installation, i.e. Drawings, records, grounding, power, etc.
Workmanship quality auditing skills would be an asset.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Agility with spreadsheets and powerpoint
Good communication skills
Willing to travel as needed
A general knowledge of TPA’s (third party audits)
Additional Professional/Educational Experience
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree desirable but not required.
