As a Director of Workforce Management at Go Daddy, you will be responsible for directing the traffic and scheduling operations of our multi-location 2,000+ person world-class customer care centers.  In this pivotal role, you will oversee the scheduling, forecasting and facilities coordination across the organization, ensuring that Go Daddy is able to delight and wow our customers.  

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the collection, analysis and reporting on performance statistics to drive operational efficiencies, proactive responsiveness, and long term forecasting
  • Form partnerships with various Care Center Operations business units, product and marketing teams to fully understand business needs and operations
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, and Facilities to ensure appropriate hiring forecasts and volumes
  • Leverage industry leading processes and technology to drive workforce decision making
  • Coach and develop team of direct reports to meet broader business needs

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum five years of workforce leadership and analytical modeling experience in a Contact Center environment (technology-based industry preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of forecasting with a 95+% accuracy rate 
  • Demonstrated innovation with technology, processes, and people
  • Experience with Cisco &  Verint Workforce modules, including Call Routing Schemes
  • Self-motivated and MUST excel in a minimally managed, high profile position
  • Must be exceptionally organized
  • Able to multi-task and meet competing demand
  • A strong sense of humor and the ability to not take oneself too seriously
