This position is responsible for overseeing Technical services activities for P2 Data product lines. This includes market and industry facing activities, internal resource management and management of client relationships. Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Leadership, development and managing/hiring a team of 10 -30 people
Plan and develop metrics and tracking tools to ensure all technical data activities are under tight control.
Will manage a department ranging in size from 10-30 people
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, both internal and external to the organization.
Establish and maintain direct relationships with customer management to ensure aligned project expectations and ongoing communication.
Contribute to the improvement of the practices and intellectual capital.
Close working relationship with P2 management to provide assistance in sales activities
Knowledge of Oil & Gas Upstream business processes
Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Effectively manage time constraints and deadlines.
Proven ability in evaluating situations and drawing sound conclusions, defining issues, and implementing solutions.
Education and/or Experience:
Prior technical oil industry experience required, data/GIS experience preferred
