To help support our global customer base, Fab is seeking German speakers to join our Customer Service Team. Our Team Members are: friendly, fun, and original with interests in such areas as: Editorial, Art, Design, Merchandising, Advertising, and Fashion.

No robots following scripts, no soliciting, just a goal to make people smile!

 

What Crackerjacks do every day:

  • Respond to and resolve a high-volume of customer inquiries via phone and email at a world-class level
  • Answer product questions, troubleshoot website issues and field customer complaints
  • Liaise between the customer and internal Fab teams on any shipping, technical, or designer (vendor) issues
  • Participate in team and company-wide meetings
  • Take on tasks and special projects outside the day to day scope with an eye toward innovation

Skills/Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • An impeccable writer who can spin heartfelt prose (at the rate of at least 55 WPM)
  • Patient, charming, and able to keep your cool under pressure
  • Computer savvy; know your way around different web browsers and an Excel spreadsheet
  • A fast learner who's able to hit the ground running and adapt to ever-changing processes
  • A team player who’s to take responsibilities outside of your defined role
  • Flexible with your schedule and willing to work non-traditional hours and weekends
  • College Degree
