Public Speakers/ Trainers

We are seeking talented Trainers to conduct our Preview and 3-Day Real Estate Seminars. Candidates should possess real estate investment knowledge in the following areas: Buy and Hold, Lease Options, Wholesale, Foreclosure, Creative Financing, Commercial Investing, Land Development, Mobile Parks and Homes, Discount Notes and Mortgages and Tax Liens. Our trainers are independent contractors.

In order for us to narrow down our response list to the best candidates, we request that you send one of the following:

A 15-30 minute DVD video of yourself conducting a prior presentation, or
A 15-30 minute DVD video introducing yourself to our company.

Skills/Requirements

Additional requirements:

Proven Real Estate Investment Experience in the several of following areas: Buy and Hold, Lease Options, Wholesale, Foreclosure, Creative Financing, Commercial Investing, Land Development, Mobile Parks and Homes, Discount Notes and Mortgages and Tax Liens
Be familiar with the philosophies of Rich Dad and Robert Kiyosaki
Ability to travel 44-48 weeks of the year
Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional speaker or trainer
Minimum of 3 years experience in a business to customer sales environment
Have delivered multi-day sales presentations with proven success
Compensation is based on performance
