 Job Summary:

Continuously develops and implements programs of compliance consistent with Code of Conduct and Compliance Program as it relates to eMarketing and Social Media.  Actively conducts review of Internet/Web marketing and advertising, social media postings, company blogs, discussion boards, websites, video channel postings and any other Social Media outlets and/or Channels that the Company may add, as well as review of product development materials. Drafts written summaries and delivers reports and findings of non-compliance.  Supports the compliance team in other areas of need as they arise. 

This position will be working with the Compliance Director and Compliance Manager of Live Events to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures as they relate to Internet/Web-based content creation, advertisement, marketing, social media, consumer materials, and product development processes & controls. Provide control and verification of legal and ethical compliance so that such services and products are performed in accordance with developing laws and regulations, adhere to Company policies & procedures, are executed in an ethical and professional manner, and offer an excellent client experience. Identify opportunities to enhance the student and employee experience, create an active and dynamic online community, and increase the lifetime value of current and future customers. Measure, identify, and communicate strengths and opportunities to verify and improve corporate compliance, as well as increase employee and customer value, while seeking to expand the Company's online presence in a value-driven, compliant and market-savvy manner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills/Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree required; J.D. preferred 
- 2-3 years previous experience in Compliance environment; management experience preferred
- Requires knowledge and experience in Social Media/Internet Compliance matters
- Proficiency required using spreadsheets, word-processing and presentations in Windows environment
- Training and development experience preferred.
